In July, my son was returning to West Point for the first time by plane, bus and train. As parents, we had tremendous anxiety. There was little room for error in the plane, shuttle, and train connections. When my son was finally on the train to Garrison Station, he phoned Ultress Limousine to confirm the reservation we had made. When he arrived at Garrison, an Escalade was waiting for him. The driver was absolutely awesome. She made him feel very secure and comfortable. Ultress Limousine was permitted to enter the West Point gate and leave him near his barracks. I understand that most others must leave the travelers at the gate, and Ultress is one of the few that is permitted beyond security. When I spoke with him after his arrival, he was thrilled with the experience and said the limo ride was the greatest. With parent forum discussions of taxi drivers taking advantage of our Cadets, I would never consider any other source of transportation for him. Ultress is an ethical company operated by honest and sincere people. I later phoned the company to express my satisfaction and spoke with the dispatcher she, too, represented the company very well and confirmed in my mind that Ultress should be the first choice for us in the Hudson Valley.
